Screening of the film’s edited cut
Gorky Film Studio hosted a screening of the edited cut, the result of two years’ work by more than 150 people in the harsh conditions of the Pamir.
On October 30, 2024, the edited cut of “Pastures of the Gods” was shown in the screening room of one of the legendary studio’s pavilions.
We had been eagerly awaiting the moment when we could see on the big screen the result of painstaking work by more than a hundred and fifty people: a year of preparation and two years of filming in the extremely harsh conditions of the Pamir mountains.
We discussed, refined, argued and made adjustments — in short, there is still work to be done.
